25% Restocking Fee: If the product is over 500 Dollars. In addition, there will be no reimbursement of the shipping fee.

15% Restocking Fee: If the product your return is below 500 Dollars. Also, there will not be any reimbursement of the shipping free.

20% Restocking Fee: If the product your return is below 500 Dollars. Again, there will be no reimbursement of the shipping free.

8% Restocking Fee: If the item you return is lower than 500 Dollars. Shipping fee won’t be reimbursed.

We highly suggest using knowledgeable, experienced, professional and licensed hairstylists for every item bought from out site. Hair by Milk and honey will not be liable for the alterations and changes made on its products by other hairstylists or hairdressers. Additionally, there will not be any refunds granted on products altered/amended by 3rd parties. Exchange or Refunds must follow tour exchange or refund policy.

Problems with Order Received

We highly value our clients and want to provide them the best products. Because of the highly exclusive nature of our company and the incredibly product demand, all of our sales are final.

Therefore, if you face any issues with the product you received, please make sure to inform us within 72 hours. This period starts immediately after the date of delivery mentioned on the carrier’s website. As mentioned earlier, if you fail to report any issues within this period, you will forfeit your rights to ask for a refund or return.

Resolution of every issue communicated to Hair by Milk and Honey within the 72 hour period starting from the delivery date of the carrier will be decided on a case by case basis. We will thoroughly go through the evidence you provide us to see if the merchant or client is at fault. 

The investigation begins right after the client contacts us and it may take a thirty to ninety day period to conclude. If Hair by Milk and Honey is the faulty party, we will exchange or refund the product without any additional cost, as long as the product/item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and most importantly, is in original condition. Remember, this policy applies to every Hair by Milk and Honey product, whether physical or digital.

Problems with Shipping

This policy only applies to 3rd party carriers. Hair by Milk and Honey is not liable or responsible for products lost or misplaced by 3rd party carriers. To steer clear from such risks, clients are responsible for losing products in case they don’t opt for insured shipping options. If you insure shipping rates during checkout, Hair by Milk and Honey orders will remain insured for their full value.

In case an insured order gets stolen or lost by 3rd party shippers, a complete refund will be processed only if customers meet the following criteria:

Quadpay/Sezzzle Refund Policies

We charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total transaction amount because of the nature of Sezle, Quadpay, Shop pay installments and other buy now and pay later options whenever customers ask for a refund.
