What is the best way to prep the hair underneath the wig?
Corn rolls or pin curls, make sure your hair is flat as possible.
Do I need to bleach ventilated knots?
No, Ventilated knots do not need to be bleached.
Can I color my wig or hair extensions?
Yes, our extensions and wigs are made with 100% human hair donated from a donor.
What is the difference between a custom-made vs. a customized wigs and hair pieces?
Custom made wigs and hair pieces are fully hand ventilated at the lace area, and customized wigs and hair pieces are only customized/ ventilated partially.
How long will my hair piece last?
With proper care and maintenance our wigs and hair pieces can last our clients years and years to come.
What type of shampoo and conditioner should I use?
We recommend using moisturizing shampoo and conditioner free of sulfates and silicones.
